One Month
In one month, we were able to evaluate dozens of metrics and put them into a rollup dashboard by category and by brand with an overall attractiveness score for each, makeing it easy for the client to see the best brands for their business development team to start pursuing.
6 different sources across 20+ metrics
This was one of the main challenges. No single data source had all the metrics we needed to determine an attractively score. So, we got to work pulling data from a number of sources includding Vendor Central, Stackline, Keepa, and some propriety data sources and pulled all of these together into a single dashboard.
